If you have cancelled your order and only paid using an e-gift card, you will receive a refund on the same e-gift card used.

For occasions where the order is partially or fully cancelled or returned, you will receive a refund of the amount used from the e-gift card on the same gift card.

In the event of a return of part of your order paid for with a gift card and a second method of payment, the refund of the amount concerned will be made first to the gift card and if this amount exceeds the original amount of the gift card, the remainder of the amount will be refunded to the second method of payment.
