it is the second time I buy this Jacket. I was overall happy with the previous edition of this with the only drawback being the logos (volcom and goretex) would come off after a while

Waterproofing isn’t amazing

I bought this product expecting it to behave like any other goretex product would and cause the water to bead on the surface. On my 4th day of wearing it skiing we had a wet day and the jacket failed to bead the water and instead absorbed it. It didn't soak all the way through, but I didn’t get the GORETEX experience of watching the water beading off which makes me think poorly of this product.
Overall the jacket is so warm and comfy and it looks amazing (when dry!) but the quality of the waterproofing is just not what I expected and I feel I could’ve got a similar looking jacket without GORETEX technology for a lot cheaper
