You can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the products and get a refund.
Returns need to be sent back to our warehouse in France.

Please print the documents and stick both the Return label and Customs invoice on the outside of the parcel.
Note that we do not offer exchanges, we invite you to place a new order to purchase another size or colour.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged.
Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our Logistics department, you will get a confirmation e-mail and a refund will be completed as soon as possible via the method of payment used to place the order.
Note: Volcom will refuse to accept any damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete articles (label and original transparent packaging required).
The customer will have to choose a carrier to send back his article(s) to our warehouse in France.
Returns made without a prepaid label will be refused and sent back to the sender.
The return reference RMA or the order number starting with VL... must be clearly indicated inside the parcel. If not, the return shall not be processed.
You can use the packing slip included in your order to provide the information needed for customs (item reference, amount of the item, etc.). Please contact us if you need further information.
In this case, the return customs fees are to be paid by the customer.
