Are the shipping costs attached to my order refunded if I return it?

We will refund shipping costs (standard delivery) if you return your complete order, and if the returned products conform with the terms of our returns policy. We cannot refund shipping costs if the returned order is not complete. If you have chosen express delivery, shipping costs will not be refunded.
