Is the postage free on returned items?

 

The return costs are at the customer's expense.

The customer chooses his own transport to send back his articles(s). Returns without any prepaid label will be refused and sent back to the sender.

The return reference must be clearly indicated inside the parcel. If not, the return shall not be proceeded.

If the parcel got lost, we will request you to send us the return receipt and the tracking number of the return. If you cannot provide us with any of those documents, we will not be able to refund you the return.
